Do not go there! The service is horrible, the flat dusty and just near the tram line and above a bar club... you cannot sleep! Go to another place!

The check-in process and communication was average. You can only check-in to your room at 3pm sharp or after. The picture as advertised does not match the actual room. With the amount of money that you are charging for the stay, you should furnish it to what was advertised. Flooring a non-carpeted, just cemented. Paints in the rooms needs a refresh and sinks and faucet with broken panel - it does work but for aesthetic and keeping up to the standards of advertisement - you can do much better....

Since the property doesn’t have Air Conditioning, we were forced to keep the window open the entire time just so it wouldn’t be too warm, but the surrounding area was incredibly loud. There was also no luggage storage offered on travel days.

The apartment was clean and well appointed, as was the interior of the building. Unfortunately this was let down by the overflowing rubbish bins ( I assume from the premises next door) which we had to walk past each time we entered and left. Also smokers are accommodated at the entrance and the large ashtray/bin was directly under the entrance keypad. Not a good impression.

Convenient modern apartments in central Berlin

These apartments were in a great location near Alexanderplatz. We were on the 5th floor with our window and balcony facing towards the courtyard which was perfect, no noise. Room was well heated, clean, bright, modern. Had everything you would need. Maybe an extra towel would have been nice but was fine. Bath was nice and big, good water pressure, warm water. Cant say anything bad.

It took awhile for them to find my reservation. I think sometimes, when its a Expedia confirmation, I think it takes a bit longer for them to find the record. It got sorted out, Ollie was diligent, but it did take 15 or so minutes to figure it out.

The location was quite good overall, although a coffee was a good 10 minutes away. There is a coffee machine in the apartment, but considering the cleanliness of the rest of the apartment I wasn't confident in using it. The apartment would be fine apart from a bit more maintenance and a thorough clean. I should also add that if it wasn't for LastMinute pushing the operators to provide us access to the apartment, we probably would have end up on the street the first night. We booked months before and the email we needed to provide documents to gain access to the apartment turned up the same day we were due to check in. That was only after I chased it up through Last Minute support

The apartments are located around the centre of Berlin and the code-accessed doors are amazing. Unfortunately, that’s where the good stuff end. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a strong smell of mold. It was coming from the bathroom but it filled the whole room and did not leave until the end of our trip. Both sinks’ tips were encrusted. We had to share only one duvet because there were no extra duvets or pillows..In the other hand, the view is beautiful and gives atmospheric vibes. Everything nearby is reachable by foot, like grocery stores and shopping centers - as well as historical sites.

Very disappointing experience. We arrived 15 minutes prior check in time, upon calling them I learned that it’s impossible to get into the room before 3pm. Hence, we had to wait in the hallway on the 10th floor where our room was located. Once we entered we were surprised about the side, yet, No AC and the mini fan provided was not working so we had day and night around 37 degrees in the room. Prior bed we desperately needed to take a shower. Unfortunately, there was barely any water coming out of the shower. Every faucet in a public bathroom has more water pressure… I tried reaching out to them via the chat function but never heard back! Lastly, one of the elevators was wildly damaged on our second day and people threw up in it. All in all, the area where it’s located is great, but our experience was terrible and I sadly can’t recommend it to anyone.

LOUD!!!! Minimum to poor service.

The check in is atrocious. We were in the 8th floor and the street and people at night is SO LOUD. Two other people were having the same problems I was. They make you send a photo of your passport to gain access. It is done extremely inefficiently. One had already done it and she still didn’t have access. I was traveling with other people who had two other rooms and when they were trying to do it they kept getting her reservation wrong. They didn’t provide things they said they do like shampoo dish soap etc. even when I b asked for it and trash bags I didn’t get trash bags or soap. They clean once a week and it’s a city so the barren hard floor gets nasty quickly.

Meh.

The apartment was clean and spacious. There seemed to be ventilators but they did not really keep the apartment cool (though this is typical in Berlin, I think). Problem #1: there was no shampoo or shower gel -- which is supposed to be provided. Problem #2: the sink in the bathroom only had hot water, which became boiling hot within seconds. Problem #3: In an entire week, the repairman never came; only a cleaner who brought shampoo and conditioner (which was already there) but no shower gel. Multiple emails sent to customer service didn't result in the faucet being fixed. We ended up brushing our teeth in the kitchen sink, which is fine, I guess. So: terrible communication from a distance (customer service seems to be based in Poland). However, if everything is fine in the room and it's not too hot and humid outside and you don't need anything, it's a good deal for the price and the convenient location.

Terrible service and no staff on site to help

Terrible service. They expect you to print a form and then sign it and return it by email which is not helpful if you are booking on the day and travelling like I was. When I told them this, they said there are forms when you arrive. Nobody available to help when you arrive. In fact I didn’t t see one member of staff in the whole 2 day stay. They didn’t give any access code to enter the building so I wasn’t able to enter the building to get the form. When I managed to get with another guest, I completed the form and then returned it by email. I was then left waiting for 2 hours after a long flight and busy day to get the access code to enter the apartment. I only got the code when I called the booking agent to cancel the booking - only then were the staff bothered to check the multiple emails I had sent. Inside the apartment it is small and there is no shower gel. No air conditioning. No coffee or tea. Overall it was awful service and I would not recommend to anyone.
