* Do not use the fireplace.

* Adult supervision is required for anyone using the tree house or zipline. 

* Check outside areas for snakes before letting kids play. 

* Do not access the maid's closet. 

* Children are not permitted in the upstairs walk-in attic room; entry is only allowed for resetting a breaker when necessary. 

* No smoking

* Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 for 1 pet and $75 for a maximum of 2 pets.

* No events, parties, or large gatherings

* Please report any damages that occur during stay

* Please stay out of the well house on the property

* Do not use the fire place.

* Adult supervision is required for anyone using the tree house or zipline.

* Recommend parents check outside areas for snakes before letting kids play.

* No children allowed in the upstairs walk-in attic room

* There is a $500 fee for smoking in the premises.

* Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.

* These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.

* Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.

Instructions for using the TV:


The master bedroom and game den TVs are equipped with "Hotel mode" enabled Roku streaming devices, requiring guests to create a new account or log into an existing one. The living room features a smart TV where guests can log into their existing accounts. In the game den, you'll find a retro gaming console with a library of Nintendo and Super Nintendo games. To use the Simpsons Arcade machine, simply press the power button.
