Welcome to your 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Braddon with countless amenities included, transport options on your doorstep and great destinations within walking distance.

The apartment is located on the 4th level of the building with full access to lifts for easy check-in and check-out.
BEDROOMS:
King-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage, block out curtains and reading lamps for a cosy atmosphere.
Bedroom 1 - King-sized bed with TV that has access to local channels only and air conditioner
Bedroom 2 - King sized bed and tower fan
BATHROOMS:
Both have large showers, single-hand basins and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop and oven
- microwave
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
Note that the fridge's bottom shelf is a bit wobbly so I advise you not to put any items on it.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has comfy chairs and reverse-cycle air conditioning for your comfort. There is a dining table, chairs and a desk; and a balcony with a view to enjoy. The living room also has a TV which has access to all local channels.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer, dryer and clothes airer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The parking garage can fit up to 2 cars. Onsite visitor parking outside or internal of the first garage gate. Subject to availability.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
Visit Lazy Su and the Tipsy Bull on Lonsdale Street for brunch or dinner, it's worth it! Both are great venues for a smooth martini or cocktail too.

The bus system in Canberra is one of the best in Australia. With minimal traffic on the road, buses are almost always on time. During the week buses are very frequent to most locations and even on weekends, enough buses run to make getting anywhere in Canberra easy. Braddon bus route number is 31.
There is also a light rail stop directly out the front of the apartment.
Another option (and my favourite, I must say) is Uber.
Note: Please do not use the stove as the switch is broken and it is currently not safe for use.
Visitor parking - is in front of the building garage and designated apartment parking is in the underground garage.
Disabled access - No stairs from the front door of the building but there are stairs from the car parking.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotional support animals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
