Fernhill By The Sea is a premier Gulf-front property that perfectly blends comfort with coastal charm. Accommodating up to 13 guests across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this beachfront retreat is ideal for both family vacations and getaways with friends, ensuring a memorable stay for all.

Stepping inside, the primary king bedroom is on your left with an en suite featuring double vanities and a walk in shower, offering a perfect spot to refresh after a day at the beach. On the right is a convenient half bath. Down the hallway, a washer and dryer provide added convenience. The living area is a cozy gathering space with comfortable sofas, a TV, and direct access to the balcony, where you'll be greeted by breathtaking Gulf views and your own private boardwalk to the beach. The dining area seats 8, with additional seating on the balcony for those who prefer al fresco dining. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary needs, complete with a toaster, standard coffee maker, Keurig, and blender. The charcoal grill on the ground level is perfect for outdoor cooking and enjoying a relaxed meal.

Upstairs, the home offers versatile sleeping arrangements. On the left, there’s a room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a TV, and another room with a double bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a twin trundle, perfect for accommodating various group sizes. These rooms share a bathroom located in the corner. On the right side, the second king bedroom offers added privacy with its own bathroom and private balcony access, where you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze and stunning views.

Sleeping Arrangement:
Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, wardrobe closet, and private bathroom with walk in shower and TV.
Bedroom 2: 1 King bed, TV, and private bathroom.
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin-over-Twin bunk beds and TV.
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin over Twin bunk bed, 1 Twin trundle, and TV.
