Located in a quiet lane in Central Wagga, Lumeah Apartment is a brand new, spacious, and thoughtful space to unwind during your visit. Set across two levels, Lumeah has three bedrooms, three lounge areas, two modern bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen and dining space. Lumeah is a very short walk to the CBD. You will arrive to find well-designed spaces, high-quality appliances, ample amenities, and luxurious linens.
This impeccable 3-bedroom apartment is in central Wagga. Tanderra (which means resting place) is a very short walk to the CBD. The property has been recently built and is stylishly furnished.
For your comfort, we provide luxurious bedding, a coffee machine, free high-speed Wi-Fi, three smart TVs + Netflix, a secure garage, and a private courtyard.
Guests have access to the entire house without interruptions from us unless you'd like our help. We are committed to delivering and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Bedrooms
The three large rooms all have comfortable beds (a king, king, queen). A double sofa bed is provided for additional visitors. We have a porta cot if travelling with Bub, and a highchair is also available.
Kitchen
The house includes a fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, toaster, sandwich press, Nespresso coffee pod machine, electric frypan, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery)- this provides an option for preparing your own meals if preferred. All brand-new appliances. We supply basics like milk, various teas, coffee, salt and pepper, and cooking oil. Otherwise, the house is located close to the fantastic cafes and restaurants of Wagga.
Bathrooms
The two bathrooms are stunning and spacious, including towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer).
Laundry
In the laundry, you will find a washing machine, washing liquid, a dryer, iron and ironing board) - again, all brand-new appliances. There is a third toilet connected to the laundry.
Office and technology
For professionals or those working away from the base, there is a dedicated separate study with a desk and comfortable chair—plus free high-speed Wi-Fi. A charging station is available for compatible Apple and Samsung devices. You are welcome to park your vehicle in the locked garage.
Pets
We permit pets, but we do not allow them inside the house. We have a secure yard where pets can be accommodated. Our cleaners charge an additional $150 cleaning fee if guests keep pets inside, which will be charged to guests. Guests must be mindful of our neighbours and ensure pets are not left alone to cry or bark. Pets that are not comfortable in unfamiliar surroundings are not able to stay.
Access and security
Keypad access- this is a keyless property with access using a keypad. Instructions will be provided. Security- there is a ring video doorbell installed at this property. The ring video record visitors to the property. It records movement on the front porch and in the front yard only. The doorbell is primarily installed for security purposes when the property is vacant. There is no need for guests to use or ring the doorbell.

Noise - our neighbourhood is close to many residential homes. Our neighbours are very important to us. Guests are asked to keep noise to a respectful level. Strictly no loud music or noise that may disturb our neighbours.
Early and late checkouts - We can usually arrange complimentary early check in and late check out if arranged in advance. Any unauthorised early check-ins or late checkouts will result in a fee of $10 per 15 min. If your unauthorised late checkout impacts our cleaners or upcoming guests, you will be charged an additional nightly fee of up to two (2) times the average nightly Listing Fee originally paid by you, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes, and any legal expenses incurred to make you leave.
