● Additionally, guests will find a selection of cooking pots, pans, and knives, as well as complete dinnerware including plates, mugs, glasses, spoons, forks, and bottle and cork openers.
● Complimentary supplies including cooking oil, coffee, and tea, are also provided. For food safety, we are not providing salt, pepper, or sugar. They can be easily bought from the Woolworths and Aldi nearby, or you may bring your own.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment providing a home-like experience. The keys will be conveniently placed in a padlock/mailbox, and a check-in guide will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival for your convenience.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION:

Early Check-In: If you desire an early check-in, we will notify you on the morning of your check-in date if it's feasible. Early check-in may be accommodated after 12 noon if the unit is prepared. Please contact our customer service to confirm.

Late Check-Out: Unfortunately, we do not offer late check-out options; the latest check-out time is 10 AM. If you need to depart later than 10 AM, consider booking an additional night and coordinate your request with our customer service. Please be aware that additional charges may be for early check-in and late check-out requests.

Other Things to Note:
● PARKING: There is a car space in the building.
● Free to Air (FTA) Channels: Our property does not offer traditional TV channels, but fear not! We've provided you with access to many internet-based programs, like YouTube with our Apple TV.
● SMOKING: Smoking, including cigarettes and E-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guest can smoke outside as long as cigarette butts are disposed of properly.
● PETS: NO pets are allowed.
● BAGGAGE STORAGE: We cannot provide baggage storage on the property for security reasons.
● FOOTWEAR: We kindly request that no shoes be worn on the carpet.
● JUMPING: Please refrain from jumping on the bed or sofa.
● NOISE: Enter and leave the home quietly to ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please be reminded that loud noises, music, and other disturbances may negatively impact the experience of neighbors; please note if we receive a complaint, fines will apply from $2000 AUD.
● EXTRA LINENS/EXTRA TOWELS: Additional linens are available upon request for an extra $35 per set. Please notify us in advance before your arrival if you require this service. We implemented a policy of providing one towel per person during the stay, as part of our commitment to environmental conservation. However, if you need extra, it's $10/pc.
- BASIC TOILETRIES AND HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS: We provide basic toiletries and household essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, hand soap, dishwashing tablets, and laundry soap) in limited quantities. Once these run out, you will need to purchase additional supplies. Additional charges will apply if you require us to deliver more during your stay.
● KEYS/PADLOCK: Ensure the property key and fob are always with you. Should you misplace your keys, please contact a locksmith and the associated costs starting from AU$500 will be your responsibility. An additional fee for replacement keys and fob will be applicable if their loss is confirmed. Ensure the padlock is securely locked with the key/fob inside upon checking out.
● ARRANGEMENT CHANGES: Please refrain from touching, moving, or altering the arrangement or set of any furniture within the property. We've carefully curated the space to ensure your comfort and safety.
● CHECK-OUT: When checking out, please leave the property clean and tidy.
● DAMAGES: If you notice any damage in the property upon arrival, we recommend taking photographs and promptly sharing them with the Aircabin Customer Service team via your booking channels. It's best to do so as soon as you've settled in at the property rather than until check-out. Guests are responsible for covering the costs of any breakages or damage and any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
● PARTY: Parties are strictly prohibited. In the event of a complaint, fines starting from $2000 may apply.
