The Space:
In this building, you can enjoy Pool, Gym, and Spa for free. You also can go to the rooftop to enjoy an amazing City View from the highest spot near the city. You will enjoy an inner City stay. This apartment has a really awesome view on the river from the rooftop observation desk.
Our unit is a 1 Bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed (single) that sleeps 3 people comfortably. A fully furnished apartment with a blend of modern and contemporary style interiors with an open plan living room and dining area. An elegant balcony to enjoy your morning coffee/tea with a view. A well-maintained large bathroom with toiletries to freshen up after your long day of sightseeing.
Guest Access:
Check-in time is 3pm. If you require an early check-in, then please contact us so we can confirm availability.
If you require After-hours access, please inform us before the day of your stay or within reception hours.
The Neighborhood:
Fortitude Valley (also known simply as "The Valley") is a suburb of central Brisbane, the state capital of Queensland, Australia. The suburb lies immediately northeast of the Brisbane central business district and is one of the hubs of Brisbane's nightlife, renowned for its nightclubs, bars, and adult entertainment.
Getting Around:
Brisbane Transport operates buses to, from and through Fortitude Valley. Fortitude Valley railway station serves all suburban and interurban lines, including Air-train to the Brisbane Airport. TransLink integrated public transport system.
Other Things to Note:
To comply with building policies, please note that you will need to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID, a selfie of yourself holding the ID,a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID and pass through our verification process. Please note that your check-in instructions may be withheld until you have successfully completed the verification process.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Linen: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.
Airtrip is an offsite property management, should have any questions or concern please reach out to us directly via the messaging platform.
Additional rules
Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!
- A team member will provide you with the access key upon your arrival between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. If you are arriving after 5:00 PM, a key handling fee will apply or you may collect the keys from a nearby location with no extra costs.
For after-hours check-ins, please note the following additional charges:
9:00 PM - 11:59 PM: Key handling fee of $70
12:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Key handling fee of $120
Kindly contact us with your estimated time of arrival (ETA) to arrange key collection prior to your arrival. All further details will be sent upon confirmation of the booking.
- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
-A $60 charge will apply for key loss during office hours.
-A $110 charge will apply if you lock yourself out during office hours.
-A $290 charge will apply if you request assistance from the host after office hours for key loss or lockout.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour. Keys need to be left in the apartment before the check-out time. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.
-If you require an After-hours Check-in beyond 5.30pm, kindly note that there are extra charges
- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.
- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests that leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.
- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.
