Virtually across the road and around the corner is the popular, landmark, Vincent Hotel and all the shops, cafes and restaurants you may need during your stay. The home is easy walking distance to the Albert Park shopping village with its popular boutiques and eateries. Also close by is Albert Park, Melbourne’s premier sports, aquatic and recreation park with its stunning lake. South Melbourne Market and all the great Clarendon Street shops, cafes and restaurants are only minutes away..
The home has been fully renovated and decorated with stylish furniture.
From the moment you arrive, it invites you to relax on the red outdoor bench that sits sheltered under the front veranda overlooking the delightful garden of roses, lilac and hedges and the rows of fine heritage homes opposite.
For accommodation the home has three generous bedrooms. Upstairs on the open plan first floor is a spacious queen Master Bedroom with luxury Ensuite with shower and large Walk in Robe. Downstairs the Queen bedroom with large built-in wardrobes looks out on the delightful streetscape. Down the hall, the Twin Single bedroom has a wardrobe and a sunny, light court outlook. A porta cot and high chair is available on request. This light and bright home can comfortably sleep up to six guests.
On ground level the stylish central bathroom has a shower and deep bath. Hair dryers are provided. In the bathroom is a laundry with washing machine and heat pump dryer. A drying rack, ironing board and iron is provided.
For guests and visitors convenience the home has a separate toilet off the hall.
Open the distinctive front black security door and walk down the timber floor hall. It opens out to the spacious rear kitchen/dining and lounge at the rear.
The modern chef’s kitchen is complete with stainless steel European appliances and a marble island bench. The kitchen is complete with all the needed appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, food blender and a well-equipped pantry with all the basics for cooking pleasure.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a glass top dining table that comfortable seats six.
The rear living area has a large couch and two comfortable arm chairs, large Smart TV mounted on the wall and a Bluetooth sound system. The living room has folding doors that open out on to the sunny rear garden allowing the delightful sea breezes off nearby Port Phillip Bay to flow through.
At the rear of the home is a courtyard garden with an outdoor setting for six and a gas barbeque. If the sun gets too strong a wind out awning can be opened for shade. This home is perfect for entertaining and al fresco dining in style.
The house features ducted heating, air conditioning, fast WiFi with unlimited data and free on-street parking right outside the front door for one car using the Visitor Parking Permit supplied. Sorry, no pets.
Albert Park is famous for its heritage homes, beach and Albert Park. There is so much to see and do in the area. Stroll the beachfront or cycle on the many safe dedicated bike paths. There are electric bikes and scooters that can be hired using the Lime or Uber Apps.

Other suggestions include the best way to see the Great Ocean Road or visit the superb Yarra Valley wineries.
