Located opposite a park, dress circle, tree lined, crescent this well-presented home offers a sanctuary of style in inner city, South Melbourne.

This heritage c1890's block fronted Victorian terrace retains all the allure of the era whilst providing, spacious light-filled spaces inside ideal for modern living.

The appeal of this home begins at the front with its classically elegant front façade which is further enhanced inside by the traditional arched hallway with its soaring ceilings as you enter.

The spacious hall opens on to two beautiful bedrooms, a queen and double. Each with open fireplaces and delightful decor. The bedrooms feature artwork painted by the owner.

The front queen bedroom, with street and park outlook, provides abundant draw storage. The second double bedroom with built-in wardrobes has ensuite access to a bright spa bathroom with private courtyard garden outlook. AIRPORT ARRIVAL
If arriving in Melbourne from the airport it is easiest to use a taxi or Uber to get to the apartment.

There are two nearby trams stops, Route 1 and 12.
