Summary:
Located on the 18th floor of the 'Mantra On View' complex, this beautifully styled and refurbished north-facing studio apartment is in the heart of Surfers paradise, only a minute’s walk to the beach. The apartment offers reverse-cycle aircon and a balcony with a table setting for 2 people and stunning beach views. It is conveniently located right next door to the new Cali Beach Club and 5 minutes’ stroll to Cavill Avenue Mall.
The Space:
This large studio apartment comes with carpeted flooring, 2 double beds, a smart TV, WIFI, reverse-cycle aircon and a bar fridge. There’s a round coffee table with seating and a long benchtop which can be used as a work/study space. Tea/coffee-making facilities are provided. The beautifully appointed bathroom provides a full-sized bath with an overhead shower and a frameless glass screen. Large glass sliding doors take you out to a north-facing balcony with a table setting for 2 people and sweeping views of Surfers Paradise and the Pacific Ocean. There are spa pools and a sun deck available for your use on the fourth floor of the Mantra Complex.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the use of not only this lovely apartment but also be able to access the communal hot tubs on level 4 of the Mantra
The Neighborhood:
With its relaxed, beachy lifestyle, Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast has long been a mecca for sun lovers and holiday makers. The apartment itself is perfectly located, just a 1 minute’s stroll to the beach. There’s a great choice of eateries to suit any taste and budget within walking distance. For your convenience, there’s a local general store right underneath the building, with both Coles and Woolworths supermarkets only a 6 minute walk away. The Sea World theme park is an 8 minute Uber trip away, while Warner Bros. Movie World and Wet 'n' Wild are 23 minutes by car.
Getting Around:
The apartment doesn’t come with parking but the light rail stops right near the Mantra. North bound services take you to Helensvale for access to Movie World and Wet 'N' Wild, as well as direct access to the Airtrain for services to Brisbane. Catching the light rail south will deliver you to the Gold Coast Convention Centre, Star Casino and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre in Broadbeach.
Other Things to Note:
* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
* Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 3 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
