The Space:
Character and Comfort: Your private guest-suite is housed in a beautifully renovated 1657 canal house, which has been transformed into a stylish and self-contained duplex.
Modern Renovations: Despite its historic status as a national monument, the building has been updated to meet contemporary living standards, combining old-world charm with modern amenities.
Open-Concept Living: The duplex features an open-plan living area, dining space, and kitchen, providing a seamless flow and inviting atmosphere. The large windows on both the east and west sides ensure the space is bathed in natural light throughout the day.
Amenities:
High-Speed Internet: Stay connected with very fast Wi-Fi, ideal for both leisure and work purposes.
Kitchen: Equipped with a high-spec German kitchen, including stone countertops, induction hob, oven, full-size dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. A European-style washing machine is also available for your convenience.
Office Facilities: For those working remotely, a large table is provided. Ergonomic chair and computer monitor available upon request for extended stays.
Breakfast: Enjoy basics for a continental breakfast at no extra charge. Due to Covid restrictions, no additional catering services are provided.

Private Suite: The guest-suite covers the first and second floors of the property, ensuring a private and comfortable stay.
Shared Areas: Access is through a shared entryway from street level. The owners reside in the upper three floors of the seven-story house, with the lower floors dedicated to a wine school where wine classes are offered.
Kitchen Use: Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, with a request to clean up after use.

Onsite Presence: As required by our B&B permit, the owners live on-site and are available to assist with any needs or provide local insights.
