Coastal Serenity Retreat - Pool and spa at One Mile Beach

Welcome to Coastal Serenity Retreat, nestled on a luxurious acreage with rural views. This holiday home offers the perfect blend of serenity and indulgence, just a short 15-minute stroll from the pristine sands of One Mile Beach.

The home's layout includes 5 spacious bedrooms and two lounge rooms. Lounge 1 is designed for relaxation, doubling as a cinema room with a large 1.5-meter screen and luxurious leather recliners. The fold-out queen sofa bed offers additional sleeping space, and the room can be closed off for quiet moments away from the kids. Lounge 2 provides comfortable seating for 8 and is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

The gourmet kitchen and spacious dining area are fully equipped to cater to all your culinary needs. Enjoy meals indoors or step outside to the undercover outdoor lounge area, where you can soak in the stunning views over the 11-meter pool and hot tub.

The master bedroom boasts a king bed that can be split into two king singles upon request, an ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, and TV. Bedroom 2 offers a pool view and a king bed and TV, Bedroom 3 features queen bed. Bedroom 4 features two King single. Bedroom 5 has a king single. The front lounge can be transformed into a private bedroom with a queen fold-out bed, conveniently located next to a guest bathroom (only for children).

Outside, the property features a full acre of private gardens adjacent to a 40-acre working farm, offering magnificent rural views with cows and horses grazing peacefully. Relax in the hot tub or by the pool, and enjoy outdoor dining with a 6-person bar table and BBQ area, all under cover and near the spa.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas, blankets and pillows.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 9 ADULTS. There is a sofa lounge that will be added to accommodation guest 10 & 11- children only ($100).

BOND - Coastal Serenity Retreat has a refundable bond of $2000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

Additional costs when booking:
Additional Sofa bed (children only) $50 per booking which includes towels and linen hire.
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($100 to $140). Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
