This is one of a kind in Victoria, part of the 1998 development building on the waterfront in Old Town Victoria. The building was built in 2000 and steel and concrete construction. This unit has a lovely curved shape to it with views of the waterway and the bridge out of every window. You will be kept busy people-watching and checking out the boats sailing by. There is a king bed in the room and also a lovely memory foam Lazy Boy sofa sleeper in the living room for the extra guests. The common area included with this unit is the rooftop deck with an outside BBQ patio area with views from the Parliament buildings to the open ocean. If you are looking for a downtown feel this would be a great choice.
Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.
Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $275 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $150.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $175 administrative fee up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.

This is a truly special space ideally suited for relaxation while still living in the heart of Victoria. The space is well over 535 square feet, and is much larger than the 'micro' type studios. The huge patio is a big attraction for this unit.

Can't get much closer than Lookout Point, it sits right next to the bridge walkway so you have spectacular views of the kayakers and boats on this active waterway!
