Everything in this home is designed for your comfort and convenience. Whether it's inside with the comfortable living room, three cozy bedrooms, and a large soaking tub, or outside in the saltwater pool, huge fenced in yard, or relaxing on one of our two comfy hammocks.

If you are looking for a place to stay close enough to Austin to enjoy the city, and far enough out to enjoy peace, this is the place for you. Plus, it comes fully stocked :).

The Family Room
Have the best of good times here on our family-friendly leather couches. Make yourself comfortable with cozy blankets, games, and “get to know you” activities while connecting with your family and friends. Enjoy our wood-grain tile, and relax together in this space.

The Autumn Room
Indulge your Love of Autumn with this beautifully set up space. An incredibly comfortable Queen bed with a comforter and soft furry blankets. Plenty of Closet and Shelf Space with a TV and all the stations.

Bedroom #2
The Master Bedroom:
Do you want to feel like you're in the mountains while relaxing after a beautiful day in Austin? Bask in the warmth of our lamps under the mountain tapestry while watching TV in our enormous King Bed with your loved one. Then, the next morning, get in a quick run before breakfast on the treadmill right in the room.

Bedroom #3
The Workspace:
In this room, you have options. Whether you are working through a hardcore project and need a quick nap in between typing and musing, or if you want to bike at the work station or even get in some good pull-ups, this room has everything you need with an XL twin bed for your sibling or friend.

The Bathroom:
Whether you want to enjoy the luxury bathroom amenities, the deep soaker tub and shower, the bidet and the name-brand shampoos, conditioners, and bodywash, or simply take a shower and brush your teeth, our specially designed relaxing bathroom will give you everything you need.

Extra toothbrushes, towels, and more are kept in the cabinets.

The Yard:
A fully fenced-in half-acre yard perfect for your pets or friends. Saltwater pool for the Texas Summer, and two beautiful hammocks available for reading or sleeping. No additional pet fees.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire home and backyard and can utilize two parking spots in the driveway. The garage is not accessible to guests. The firepit in the backyard is not available for use.

Getting Around:
Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ride sharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. Downtown Austin, including the University of Texas are 10 minutes from the home, and the airport is just 15 minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.
- All guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
- All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Portoro directly.
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- The home has cameras for external monitoring only.
- Reservations made during festivals and conferences are nonrefundable.
- Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas require all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6 percent and the city requires 11 percent.
- A portion of the city hotel tax helps support musicians and related businesses.

Interaction with Guests:
We offer self check in. Portoro uses smart locks.

We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts in advance. If the house happens to be ready earlier than our standard 4 pm check in time on the day of your arrival, we, in most cases will allow an early check in. For a reliable alternative with guaranteed check in or check out timing, it is recommended to book the night before or after your scheduled arrival or departure.
