Enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean from the property's balcony & verandah. Cape Woolamai's sweeping views are a sight to behold!

Indoor Areas

Pilak Beach House has multiple areas to cater for some me-time and together-time with the family. Whether it is reading a book on the verandah, enjoying the sky views from the balcony as the sun rises and sets, putting your feet up in the sun-drenched sunroom, playing with the kids in the rumpus room, or going sunbathing on the balcony or the verandah, the property is perfect for solo travelers, couples, and a large family.

Beds & Baths

The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and another 2 on the upper floor. The bedrooms are all equipped with a queen bed. We provide linens and towels during your stay.

The master bedroom, located on the upper level, has an ensuite with shower and toilet facilities. The bathroom on the ground floor has a bathtub and toilet facilities, and houses the washing machine, too.

Outdoor Areas

Let the kids loose in the expansive playground, run around the large front yard and backyard, or enjoy a game of backyard cricket, the property's large outdoor areas are open to many possibilities for families to enjoy.

Please note that outdoor security cameras face the main entry/exit gate to and from the property.

There is no bbq facility available within the property. Please feel free to BYO. Alternatively, Lion's Park which has public bbq and a kids playground, close to the beach, is a short walk away.

Lovely Family Home

Lovely home with spacious areas inside and out and brilliant views of the water. Home had everything you need for a comfortable family stay. All amenities provided making it a great place for a quick getaway or a nice long break- we will be back.

Comfortable, warm & welcoming

We spent a lovely weekend at 'beach house bliss in San Remo'. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and the bed comfortable. We could have a few more chairs in the living room as we had to use the kitchen stools instead. The outdoor entertainment area looked great but unfortunately we didn't get to use it much.

A must stay holiday house

This is a must stay holiday house. Andrew was a great host! Responded very quickly.Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The house was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location.

Comfortable home away from home

Great location, well kitted out (apart from toilet paper being scarce, no BBQ and now clothes line - even though there is a washing machine there!). However it is a very comfortable house we could easily stay a week in. Would benefit from a manual as opposed to everything coming via an email. Would stay there again if there was a clothes line!!!

Pilak Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at Pilak Beach House. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Minor feedback: would have been great to have a BBQ, and a clothesline / clothes rack. Also another couch would have been appreciated, given there were 5 staying but only a 2-seater couch and ottoman to sit on. Overall a great experience; and the owner was good with communication.

Great weekend in San Remo

This property is ideally located close to the back beach, playgrounds and a short distance to town. The kids enjoyed the play equipment on site, and the decks were well used by everybody. Bedrooms were comfortable. Churchill Island Farmers Market was on and we did the George Bass Coastal walk. All great fun!

The place was wonderful with everything you need for a stay. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms newly renovated and lovely.

Love this place definetely coming back again

My family and I have stayed at Pilak Beach House recently and we've been highly impressed on Andrew's responsiveness and attention to detail. The property is close to the beaches including the dog friendly beach in San Remo and the back beach overlooking Cape Woolamai. The personal touches, like chips, coffee, tea and milk, made it all the more comfortable and gave us that welcome-to-our-home good vibes. The rolling hills meeting the waters view is spectacular! My boys enjoyed the big outdoor area, specially the playground. As my boys and I am into fishing, it is great that Pilak Beach House hits the spot as we're spoilt for choices on fishing spots in San Remo and Phillip Island. We're happy to recommend Pilak Beach House as a fantastic accommodation for when you're in and around San Remo and Phillip Island. We look forward to booking it on our next trip to the Bass Coast. When we first arrived the property was so clean was refreshing everything was easily accessible which made unpacking really smooth kids had a ball we would definately stay there again Thankyou very much for having us
