A one street island within a 5 minute walk to the main street of Surfers Paradise and the beautiful Surfers Paradise beach. Lots of shopping and eating places in Cavill Avenue which is a 10 minute walk from Paradise Island.

Brentwood apartments is a central apartment block in a quiet cul-de-sac, only a five minute walk away from the heart of Surfer's Paradise.

You have large windows covering an entire wall of the apartment that give wonderful views of the pool area, garden and canal.

The two bedrooms boast comfortable queen beds, ceiling fans and clothing storage.

The lounge has an Ecosa sofa bed available.

Surfers Paradise tram station is a five minute walk from the apartment.

There is one carpark available for guests, plus two guest car parks available for guests for a 2 hour period. There are off-street parks available close to the apartment subject to availability.

**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

**Please note:** Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted by Superhog via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

**Other things to note**
Please note there is no aircon in our apartment, only ceiling and floor fans.

Also, this is primarily a residential block of apartments occupied by owners, not tenants. We have a very strict NO party/loud music rule.

If any disturbances are made, the police will be called and you will also be evicted from your stay with the remainder of your booking cancelled with no refund.

Please respect this beautiful apartment and leave it clean and tidy before you depart. We ask that you follow our check-out checklist which is messaged to you the night before you depart and is also available in the printed manual at the apartment. Should the apartment be left in a mess, you will incur additional cleaning charges.
