Welcome to the heart of Holmes Beach, just four blocks (a five-minute stroll) to the beach! Blue Bella is a comfortable, contemporary 1,822 sf Anna Maria ranch home with five bedrooms and three baths. The home sleeps up to ten guests. Enjoy a pool, a shaded, fenced back patio with a grill, alfresco dining, and a fire pit circled by Adirondack chairs. Landscaped front gardens boast palms and hibiscus bushes. The exterior of Blue Bella is painted a vibrant sapphire blue with white trim, matching the crystal clear aquamarine Gulf waters and sugar sand beaches.

This central neighborhood has a friendly, laid-back vibe. Navigating the island is a breeze with convenient transportation options. The free Island Trolley stops nearby. Blue Bella is ideal for family vacations, wedding guests, reunions, fishing/boating/golfing trips, or that annual girl’s getaway.

Living Space:
The living area has a tile floor, a sectional sofa, two upholstered armchairs, a coffee table, an entertainment center with a large Smart TV, and a sleek modern ceiling fan. Sliding glass doors open from the living room to the private backyard pool and patio. This indoor/outdoor living space makes for easy entertaining. The light, bright, and airy interior has earth tones: dune and driftwood, with crisp white trim and beadboard. Decor and furnishings have shades of blue that contrast the earth tones. Relax here to socialize, read, or stream your favorite shows.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen has white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a 4-burner glass-top electric range, oven, French door fridge/freezer combo with an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and double-basin sink. There is plenty of counter space for meal prep! The breakfast bar, which offers stool seating for two, is a great spot to sip your morning coffee or fresh-squeezed citrus juice.
Additional items include a drip coffee maker, a toaster, and a fantastic blender for fun drinks. The kitchen has utensils and dishware, pots and pans, and a starter set for essentials like dish soap, trash bags, etc. Just off the kitchen is a stackable washer and dryer.

Dining:
The coastal-style dining area is below a modern geometric chandelier. The large square table seats eight. Prepare a tropical fruit salad for lunch, grill steaks, or fresh seafood for dinner. This large table is a comfortable gathering space to share family-style meals. A floor-to-ceiling window overlooks the front gardens.

This spacious ranch home has 5br/3ba, seven beds, and can accommodate up to ten guests. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the east side of the home. The primary bedroom on the east side has an ensuite bathroom and a door to the back patio. The west side features two bedrooms and a jack-and-jill bathroom. Every bedroom has closet space and a television. The sparkling-clean bathrooms have oversized granite vanities, well-lit mirrors, towels, hairdryers, and toiletries.

Blue Bella has a beautifully landscaped front yard with tropical plantings, palms, and a horseshoe driveway. A private, fenced backyard boasts a patio, a pool, plenty of chaise lounge chairs for relaxing, an alfresco dining table, and a grill. Sip a cocktail poolside as you enjoy island breezes fragrant with frangipani. The pool gets some shade late in the day, just in time to cool off. Grill burgers, fresh seafood, or kabobs for dinner and dine alfresco below vivid island sunsets. After dinner, gather around the fire pit for cocktails or s’mores. This backyard is a quiet and serene communal gathering place.
The central location of Blue Bella is within walking distance of beaches, shops, galleries, restaurants, bars, entertainment, nightlife, and breakfast spots. The white sand beaches of Anna Maria (just a five-minute stroll from Blue Bella) flaunt the prettiest seashells in Florida. Anna Maria is also a top US location for rare seashells.

The Neighborhood:
Start your day watching the sunrise over the bay; end your day watching a stunning sunset on the beach. Swim in the turquoise Gulf of Mexico, where dolphins and manatees play daily. Bring your fishing gear to cast a line off the pier, or rent a boat to get out on deep water and fish. Walk to 14 different restaurants! The prime location offers a leisurely stroll to boutiques, entertainment, grocery markets, and pharmacy. Nearby are boat rentals, sunset cruises, jet skis, bikes, paddleboards, boats, parasailing, scooters, and kayak rentals.

The AMI Beach Cafe serves all-you-can-eat pancakes every morning. Ginny & Jane E’s Cafe offers fine coffee and giant cinnamon rolls. Grab a cold beer at the Freckled Fin Irish Pub, or head in the opposite direction for ice cream at Dips. Seeking adult nightlife? The Doctor’s Office, a hip bar just two minutes away, crafts signature cocktails. The Ugly Grouper is an easygoing eatery with a dazzling 3,000 lb metal fish sculpture. Don’t skip the fried grouper sandwich on the deck at Tide Tables. Some would argue that the fried shrimp at Starfish are life-changing.

Seeking fresh seafood to grill poolside? Captain Anthony’s Seafood Market sells the freshest and offers fishing charters. Jump on the free Island Trolley to explore Coquina Beach, Anna Maria City Pier, or Historic Bridge Street.

The 700-foot-long city pier, built in the early 1900s, provides a great vantage point for watching sunrises and sunsets, bird watching, and dolphin watching. It also provides views of Tampa Bay and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. You can also fish off this pier.

Bridge Street will keep the whole gang entertained for hours, whether purchasing shark teeth, alligator sculptures, shell bracelets, bathing suits, or singing along with the Island Time Bar & Grill band. Don’t miss sunset at The SandBar; order a pina colada with a dark rum floater.

The Island in the Sun is Florida’s best-kept secret. With Gulf temperatures averaging 84 degrees and 360 days of sunshine per year, the surrounding waters of AMI are known as “the nursery” because of the many dolphins that raise their young here.

With the island’s laid-back charm and leisurely, unhurried living, speed limits are restricted to 25 mph - 35 mph throughout most of the island. A free trolley service for both tourists and residents. For those who prefer to cycle, bike rentals are readily available, and the flat terrain makes for pleasant rides around the island.

The island, surrounded by water and interlaced with canals, hosts many amazing sea creatures, including Loggerhead Turtles, Manatees, and dolphins. Loggerhead turtles are a protected species, and we have the Turtle Watch - a group of wonderful folks who search the beaches for nests and defend them until the eggs hatch (it is illegal for anyone to tamper with them). Manatees are also protected here in Florida - they are commonly seen in the summer when they leave their winter-warm waters and migrate south.
