The suite is a full basement in a detached house. It has two bedrooms each with a queen bed. The suite has its own private bathroom that includes a walk-in shower. The space also has a living room with a Smart TV, free WI-FI and Kitchenette. The Kitchenette has mini-fridge, dishwasher and basic dishes along with a double hot plate burner. The suite also features a dedicated workspace with a desk and a chair. Each bedroom have a space heater to keep you warm if needed. There is no sharing with others and entire space will be yours in the basement. Our place is kid friendly.

Guests will be able to park on the private driveway or street. There is a well lit pathway to the side entrance to basement.

Check yourself in with a smart lock anytime after 3 p.m. There are no keys to keep track off!
Guest will have to go down steps to access basement from the side entrance. There are handrails all along the steps.

There is one queen bed in each of the bedrooms. Three blankets are provided and additional blanket can be provided upon request.
The suite is not handicapped accessible.
