Sea Point Studio in Secure Complex

A classic and comfortable spot that's perfect for a getaway. Ideally
located, it's just 5 minutes walk to grocery stores, Mojo food market,
plenty of excellent restaurants, the Seapoint Promenade, and the
Seapoint pool. The complex also has a pool, a small gym, and an outside
braai/bbq area.
The Waterfront, Camps Bay, Greenpoint, and Clifton are all nearby.
The apartment is private and peaceful. Its got a fully equipped kitchen
and a second single bed.

The space

This is a studio, but the kitchen is nicely separated from the sleeping
area. It's got a comfy queen bed and an additional pull-out single bed
if needed. There's a TV with a casting device plus fast Wifi.
This spot is great to come home to after a big day of exploring and is
also a fantastic place to sit and work.
Inside the complex is a communal pool and braai/bbq area with a small
gym. You're welcome to spend sunny days relaxing!

Guest access

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to
themselves.

Other things to note

For stays longer than a week, a courtesy weekly or mid-stay clean is
offered. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon
request and at an additional cost, if required.
Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are
provided.
Please note that this property uses electric means to enter the space
and is therefore not considered Shabbat-friendly.
Please note that each apartment is allocated a certain parking space.
As per Body Corporate Rules, illegally parked vehicles will be clamped
and subjected to a release fee of R1 000.
