Upon entry, the open plan kitchen, living and dining areas provide a bright, inviting and light filled ambiance, coupled with a wall mounted split system air conditioner and a central Coonara wood heater, accommodating all year round comfort.
The kitchen space is open and suitably functional, well-equipped with all your essentials, including an under bench oven, gas hot plates, rangehood, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee pod machine.
Delightfully furnished with comfort and a sensory excitement of colour, the living area provides a smart Tv, with Wi-Fi and Netflix.
Both bathrooms are spacious, well appointed and toilets are separate.

Relax and enjoy the native surrounds with 2 delightful outdoor areas. The front verandah provides a perfect location for morning breakfast, coffees and afternoon respites, the rear decking offers alfresco dining for 6 with a gas BBQ. A full bed and bathroom linen package provided for all paid bookings of 3 nights or more. BYO Beach towels.
The basic linen package for bookings of 2 nights which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows.
You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and bathroom linen, beach towels. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

Your Pet is considered upon application only. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint. Pet Stay Fee applies. This allotment, although fenced, is not deemed secure. You take full responsibility for your pet during your stay.
