Townhouse # 54 ist ein ganzjährig luxuriösen neu Designer eingerichtet Multi-Level-Ferienhaus in Wells, USA mit ruhigen Blick auf den Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge und die spektakuläre Atlantik. Es hat schöne Echtholzfußböden mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten in der Küche, und alle Bäder.

Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine Einzelgarage und Keller. Vier zusätzliche Parkplätze stehen auf dem Stein Fertiger Auffahrt zur Verfügung.

In der ersten Etage präsentiert die Küche, WC und Wohnzimmer mit Ledersofas, Fernbedienung, Gas-Kamin und großen Flachbild-TV mit Kabel. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und Paula Deen Kochgeschirr ausgestattet. Hier finden Sie alles, was Sie für einen Hummer Fest oder ein romantisches Abendessen für zwei Personen zu finden. Auch auf dieser Ebene finden Sie eine Hinterhof Holzterrasse mit neue Gas-Grill zu genießen, und im vorderen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Sumpf ein gescreent. Townhouse # 54 verfügt über 3 komfortable Zimmer im zweiten Stock, und jeder hat seinen eigenen Fernseher mit Flachbildschirm. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad mit Glasdusche. Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über gewölbte Decken und ein Queen-Size-Bett. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Tablett Decke und 2 Einzelbetten. Auch auf dieser Ebene ist ein schönes Bad mit Dusche / Wanne-Combo und einem vollen Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner in den Schrank versteckt.

Die dritte Etage verfügt über ein elegantes Familie / Spielzimmer. Dort finden Sie ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa mit neuen Gedächtnisschaummatratze, übergroße Sessel mit Ottomane, einer Bar mit Granit-Arbeitsplatte, Tischfußball, einen großen Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player mit Filmen und PlayStation 2 mit Spielen zu finden. Sie genießen auch jede Menge klassische Brettspiele und Spielkarten. Ein Höhepunkt dieser Ebene ist ein weiterer großer in Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den geschützten Salzgärten und den Atlantischen Ozean untersucht.

Great house

Property was great, lots of room, only concern was twin beds are very noisy and uncomfortable, especially for an adult. We used it as a girls trip with 5 adults. So I don't recommend planning on a comfortable nights sleep in the room with the twin beds if it is to be used for adults. Location great, we were there in April so walking distance to beach was not important. Space was great, lots of room for hanging out in the house relaxing and enjoying the company. Kitchen space was great, however since we were there in the winter/late spring and it snowed a lot there isn't a great place to eat at, not a fan of the high kitchen table and backless chairs. Lots of bathrooms so that was a plus for 5 adults! I would stay here again!

Beautiful Place! Loved it!

I highly recommend this rental! It was very clean, well decorated, and close by the beach and restaurants. The place was very comfortable and the description was spot on! We went on walks almost every day. The weather was perfect and the beach is beautiful. Thanks!!

Beyond impressive!

From the moment I crossed thereshold--- I felt like I was truly home. The property was perfect in everyway, spotless, gorgeously appointed and extremely comfortable. Wells, has beautiful beaches and wonderful activities. Too many fantastic restaurants to mention but your can have the best lobster ever on a plastic plate or fine dining that is unforgettable. Thank you for being my vacation, home away from home

Delightful vacation house

Our family of three generations had a wonderful time in this lovely town home. Very comfortable furnishings with lots of room to spread out. Weather was perfect as was the beach in Ogunquit . Everyone wants to return.

Gorgeous, elegant and spacious townhouse!

This is the property to stay in southern Maine! This well appointed luxury townhouse had every amenity we needed. The 3 floors offered plenty of space for my family and children to sit together or separate into groups. The highway was close to head either north and south and the beach was less than 5 minutes.The pool and hot tub on the grounds was clean and well maintained and nice and warm. We enjoyed heading into Perkins Cove for dinner and the walking trail. We highly recommend this unit. Thank you!!

Outstanding as usual !!!!

This was our fourth vacation in # 54 and can't wait until next year. The owner has always made it easy for us to relax with super surroundings and directions for finding places to visit. There is always somewhere new each year !! My next door neighbor will be booking #54 for next year for a week and I know they will love it as much as my family.

We had a fantastic vacation. Condo #54 was beautiful, roomy, clean, and had all the extra amenities needed for a week stay. Such a great location too. Very quiet off the main road. We enjoyed cooking in often and relaxing at the condo. The owner and staff were all wonderful people. It's definitely a top pick for our next visit to Maine in 2 years. Thanks for all the great memories!!!! :-)

Definitely a luxury vacation!

We stayed here in August 2014 and couldn't get over how tastefully decorated (looked professionally done) it was! The top floor had a beautiful view and was so relaxing to sit out in the screened in porch and play cards with the family. The kids loved the foosball table up there as well! Conveniently located near beach, major highways, and restaurants. It is even on the trolley route, so one night we hopped on the trolley and went for ice cream. The kids loved that! The bedroom with the two twin beds was perfect for our two young boys. We also enjoyed the pool and garage. Highly recommend!

Second Time Around

Our family couldn't wait to return to Townhouse # 54. Our 2 teenage boys actually wanted to go on vacation with us because they remembered the 4th floor activities you had selected for the children, such as foozball and video games to play on a large screen TV. You also helped us select the nearby eating places and the beaches to go to. My very favorite trip was the whale watching. We can't thank you enough for all the help and your suggestions. We will be back next year BUT with my Mom and Dad, I can't wait to share this vacation with them.

Townhome matched the photos!!

Gorgeolus, conveniently located luxury townhouse.

This loverly rental was recommended to us, and I understand why! It is very close to Kennenbunkport, Ogunquit and the highway to Portalnd. The property was very clean and well maintained. We ate in a few nights and all the serving dishes, pots and pans we needed to cook and steam seafood dinners were right at our fingertips. The kids loved spending time at the pool once we returned from the close beach. The top floor room was claimed by the kids to watch TV, play viideo games, foosball and hang out on the patio and play cards and board games. We had a great time. Thank you for your attention to details. It made all the difference. I would highly recommend.

Class and Comfort in Wells, ME

This has to be one of the nicest townhouse units available in Wells! We were a family of 8 and had plenty of space to live for the week. The owner thought of everything we would need to make our stay one of class and comfort; from the lobster eating kits to DVD movies to games to classy decorating and living comforts. It is located close to Highway 95 for easy access to destinations either north or south. York and Ogunquit are a short drive away. Drake Island Beach is beautiful and just a few miles away. We have recommended this place to our friends and family and will surely be back in the future. We loved it!!

Beyond my wildest dreams

There was not one item out of place, not one amenity lacking. The cleanliness and decor made you feel like the first guests! The scenery and location was incredibly close to all the touring, ocean views that Maine has to offer. I loved being close to Ogunquit without the traffic. Already planning for next year

Home Away From Home

This townhome delivered everything it said and more. Accommodating complete luxury and comfort in every aspect for myself and my family, truly making us feel as if vacation was happening right in our own living room! Every room was not only beautiful by design,(down to the detail in the art hanging on the walls), but incredibly comfortable and inviting. Three stories of wall to wall windows that inspire with incredible ocean/marsh views. The location was just perfect and easy. Within 5 minutes to great local food and entertainment and not more than 30 from any local or tourist fun. These are the cutest, quaintest towns and amazingly more affordable than you would expect...Easy for our whole family to travel as we had multiple cars. I suggest the "Food Trolley" for a great time! A fun trolley ride through towns to vintage local establishments while tasting the best accoutrements from the chefs! I even had a pkg overnighted and the management hand delivered it to us! This place made our two week family vacation not only amazingly comfortable, but truly felt like home away from home. If you're planning a trip to this area, I highly recommend renting this unit! Fantastic

This is our second return to your beautiful Townhouse. The children couldn't wait for our vacation.. We spent a few days at the Drake Beach..We enjoyed going to Captain Hooks (outdoor seating) The lobster cruise was exciting and informative. We also went on a Culinary bus tour around Kennebunkport. Your addition of the umbrella,table and chairs on the back porch was a welcome site for a BBQ. We will be back again in 2014 The Goulding Family

Incredible luxurious townhome in the S. Maine!

This place was incredible! The attention to detail from the board games to the appliances was impressive. It was tastefully decorated and we found ourselves staying in and cooking and eating in the screened-in patios a few times because we were so comfortable. I also enjoyed the free access to the gym down the street. This property is centrally located and has quick access to the highway so it was easy to navigate around bordering towns. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and had an excellent layout. Plenty of space for the kids and adults to spend time together or in our own space separate from each other. The pool and hot tub on the property was also very clean and had a nice view of the ocean. Within a half an hour drive, my family enjoyed a Kinnebunkport lobster tour, ziplining in Kittery, fishing and kayaking in Wells, and excellent food in Ogunquit. Thank you for opening your home to our family! Now that we have been spoiled, the standard of our rentals will be tough to satisfy in the future. We HIGHLY recommend this luxury townhouse!

Autumn getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation here. The house is lovely and has every convience. Surrounding town is charming and fun to explore. Plenty of shopping, scenic drives, great restaurants,etc. The beach was so nice we plan to return in warmer weather in order to spend more time there. We enjoyed all of the meals at local restaurants and particularly liked the Maine Diner and Billy's crab shack. Can't wait to return and are telling all of our friends about our most relaxing vacation yet. This house and the town are really special. Mark and Vicky Harrer

A perfect autumn getaway

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation in this lovely house. We lacked nothing in the way of comfort and convenience. The surrounding towns were charming with a variety of interesting things to do. Plenty of shopping,scenic drives and historic sightseeing among others. We drove to the beach and would love to return in warmer weather. Had breakfast at the Maine Diner and found the food great. Would highly recommend Billy's crabshack as well. We can't wait to return. If you enjoy a great nights sleep this is the place. as this was the last week of october we drove to Salem Mass. for halloween and had a ball. Portland is a very interesting area as well. actually a week wasn't enough time to see it all. We are recommending this to all of our friends and family. Mark and Vicky Harrer

Wonderful Vacation!

Dear Bill, Thank you so much for providing me and my family with such a wonderful rental unit. We have never had a more comfortable and relaxing vacation. The amenties that your unit offers were fantastic. I think you thought of everything that a New Englander traveler could need, including the extra large lobster pot and butter warmers! We adored 54!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this luxurious vacation home. The attention to detail is remarkable and very high quality. We wanted for nothing. The unit is located close to the beach and all of the restaurants. The kitchen is very nice and well-equipped not to mention the nice outdoor grill. Our kids really enjoyed the game room and foosball table. We had one rainy day but kept ourselves occupied with all the games that were handy in the townhouse. The area is very nice and the unit is in a peaceful place and so easy to get to. The Kittery outlets are close by. So is Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. There is so much to do. We hope to see you again next year. It was a perfect vacation!

What a beautiful place to stay!

My family truly enjoyed our vacation in your Townhouse this past summer. Our two children were totally in awe of the 4th floor game room. Everything we needed for our stay at # 54 was at our finger tips. We loved all the local restaurants. The trolly stopped right in front and took us to the Wells Beach area with a return later in the day. We plan on returning every summer because of the luxurious living style. Thanks, we loved everything!
