This villa boasts nearly 180-degree views stretching from Magen’s Bay to St. John, all while being just minutes away from everything. Your dream of being close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores, all while relaxing in 5-star luxury, is ours to make a reality.
The main villa boasts three luxurious and well-appointed bedrooms, including a main floor primary bedroom that is sure to impress. Additionally, two more retreats are located on the lower level, each with its own exclusive entrance, ensuring maximum privacy and convenience for all guests. The property includes five impeccably designed bathrooms.
The kitchen is an absolute masterpiece, boasting high-end appliances and everything you need to create a delicious meal for you and your loved ones. The living room is perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with your family or friends. However, the natural treasures of this property are the double patios located just off the dining room. One leads to an infinity pool that will feel like you're in paradise, while the second patio offers breathtaking 180-degree views of Magen's Bay and the BVI. If you're planning to visit during the breezier months of December to May, please inquire about the pool heater rate.
Guests will access the entire property via digital locks, ensuring maximum security and convenience. Additionally, a set of keys will be provided as a backup, giving you peace of mind during your stay.
Please note, the property is powered by solar panels with a battery backup. In the event of an extended island power outage, the batteries may be depleted if care is not taken to reduce electrical usage. If this should happen, the house will not have any electric until the solar panels begin producing power when the sun comes out.
