The home has a wood fireplace with BYO firewood, a wall heater in the kitchen and 3 electric heaters - one for each bedroom.

Driveway parking right beside the home.

High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.

The home is well equipped with a coffee machine, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.

Wi-Fi is complimentary and available for your stay

Oberon is a great spot for adventuring and sightseeing! And here at Cooinda, you are ideally located to experience it all.
In just a short 8 minutes drive you will be in the town of Oberon where you can visit the museum and the local cafes & supermarkets.

Getting Around:
We recommend that guests have their own car when booking this property.

Other Things to Note:
Firewood: Guests will need to bring their own wood if they wish to use the woodfire. Wood can be purchased at service stations. Kindling can be found around the home.

Service: Reception is limited at the property, once you drive up the driveway you will be able to connect to the Wi-Fi which will enable you to make calls etc but please note that 4G/5G service is not available at the home.

Interaction with Guests:
I plan on giving my guests space but am available when needed.
