The Space:
This spacious and stylish 1-bedroom apartment features a plush king-sized bed and ample built-in storage opening onto the huge private balcony looking out to NZ native Pohutukawa trees the harbour. The bedroom includes a working desk, ideal for business travellers. The perfect inner city retreat to experience The City of Sails at its best.
Step outside to the very large, private balcony complete with an XL outdoor spa pool and plenty of seating – lounge seating, a 10-seater concrete dining table as well as high top bar tables and stools for taking in the view. The perfect spot for morning coffees or an aperitif before heading out to one of the city’s fabulous, award-winning dining spots - all a stone’s throw from your apartment.
The open-plan living area includes a comfortable L-shaped sofa and an additional sofa bed. This setup ensures flexibility for accommodating extra guests or family members. Getting Around:
To / from the airport: Uber ride, SuperShuttle, SkyDrive. Best option is to book SuperShuttle as it will drop you off right at the spot and will be cheaper than Uber.
• Uber is usually cost around $70-90 depending on traffics.
• Book a SuperShuttle ride via their website, cost around $20-$30 per person plus 1 luggage.
• Book a SkyDrive ride through their website. Their Airport Express service runs daily with frequent departures, directly connecting Auckland Airport to the CBD. The stop is at SkyCity, just a short 10-minute walk to the apartment. The cost is about $18 per person.
• Nearest bus & Train station to explore Auckland: Britomart Station.
• Car rental services: City Hop.

*We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. *As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. We’ll send the payment link closer to your check-in date.
SELF CHECK IN to this apartment:
*Key pick-up place is at a secure lockbox accessible 24/7. The lockbox location is not in the same building as your apartment, further self check-in instructions will be sent before your arrival date.

* There is NO luggage storage available for this apartment. But we can suggest paid options nearby.
