The main bedroom offers a queen bed, a walk-in robe, split system heating/cooling, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed (or can be configured as two singles), built-in robes, and split system A/C, while the third bedroom features two single beds. The luxurious main bathroom includes a large bath, shower, and toilet. Additionally, there’s a separate laundry with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and plenty of cupboard and bench space.

The property also includes a BBQ area, an intercom system, lift access, and undercover secure parking for two cars.

The property is strictly non-smoking and not suitable for pets. Parties or events are not allowed, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 8 am. WiFi is available. The property accommodates up to six people. Exceeding this limit will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of all rental and bond payments.
