Please report any damages that occur during stay


If you use the grill, fire pit, or fireplace, make sure it's all the way out before you go anywhere


Preheat the flue with a piece of kindling and make sure the damper is open before you start a fire.


Find your own firewood.


If the chaise lounge cushions get soaked by rain, please hang them on the deck railings to dry.


Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.


These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.


Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.

The whole house water purification system regenerates the well water at one am on Wednesday mornings. No one should run water at that time--if you do, it brings in untreated water, which will be discolored with minerals, though safe to drink, according to Pure Bliss Water company. If that happens, run the faucets until it's clear, then press "regen" on the display screen above the large blue water tank in the laundry area.
