The Space:
Enjoy an open-plan living space featuring a comfortable Queen-size bed, cozy lounge, and television. The kitchenette offers essential amenities for a convenient stay, while the separate bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and vanity. Parking is available for one car in front of the unit, with additional free street parking nearby.
Guest Access:
You will have the entire studio to yourself. The apartment is connected to the main house and may be occupied by other guests, but you will have complete privacy with your own entrance and dedicated parking spot.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood surrounding the property offers a relaxing atmosphere while still providing the necessities of inner city living.
5-minute drive from the property is a Woolworths Supermarket at the Shoreline Shopping Centre and Hotel, . Eastland’s Shopping Centre is the largest Shopping Centre in Tasmania with over 90 stores is only 10-minute drive away.
Walk down (1 km) to the waterfront to the walking track , explore foreshore walking tracks and playgrounds with plenty of rocky water pools to explore.
There is a great kids park on the way to the waterfront, any many more play parks dotted around the suburb.
A fantastic family beach is just 3 minutes drive away at Howrah Beach by the Sunshine Tennis Courts.
In Bellerive, which is just a short drive away (5 minutes), there are many cafes and restaurants as well as the famous Blundstone Arena home of the Hobart Hurricane Cricket team and the second home ground for the North Melbourne Kangaroos .
Getting Around:
To fully experience the best of Hobart and surrounding areas it's better to have a car. There is a bus service that travels into the city if you would rather use public transport. There is a Bus stop just down the road (200 meters) from the house on Oceana Drive (see Metro Tas timetable for the bus service you require)
