Ideally situated in Lennox Head, 3 minute drive to local beach and town centre. A short 18-minute drive to Ballina Byron Gateway Airport or a 23 minute drive to Byron Bay.

Located separate from the main house, the studio is accessed via the side of our home separated by 3 sets of stairs. Please note the property is elevated so there is a slope. There is a nice distance between the main home and the studio so you will feel a sense of privacy.

Contains fully equipped kitchen, laundry, generous sized bedroom, ensuite and walk in robe, T.V. and work desk. Telstra internet, split system aircon and ceiling fans and hardwood flooring throughout.

Guest access:
Guests have their own access to the private studio via the side of the main home. We are happy to have a chat to guests and are equally accommodating of your privacy and happy to leave you to it if you prefer.
