Unique settings offering breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains on one side, and 3 acres PRIVATE pond on other side. To enjoy water front property, we also offering our guests complimentary kayak, paddle board, or catamaran.
Private dock is available for our gusts ONLY to enjoy fishing ( fish and release).
Within 20 minutes, you can be in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, to The Island.

No need or require full wheel drive. The property located less then 500 ft away from the main road (Newport Highway).
Less then one minute to gas station, dollar general, and Subway.
3 minute away from Food City ( major grocery store), and 12 minutes away from Walmart community market.


BODY OF WATER: Direct, unrestricted pond on or adjacent to the property
Climbing or play structure: Direct, unrestricted access to a playset, swing, slide, ropes, etc.

EVENT SPACE PRICING:
*Please message with guest amount and event type for additional information and fees.

*Pets. up to two dogs. The pet fee is $350 for two dogs. If you planing to bring more than two, please contact us for the additional fee. All pets must be approved first due to wildlife (geese leaving on the property). All dogs are not allowed on the back yards (pond side of the cabin). Only front yard are available for the dog walking.
Pets must be on leash while walking ( due to wild life).
*late check out. It is always subject to availability. Unauthorized late check out fee is $125 per hour.

NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 9 AM. If there is a party in this cabin (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM of $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. We are SERIOUS about protecting our cabins so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests. If you violate this policy, you will be escorted off premises and no refund will be issued.

No music outside after 10:30 pm. If you are hanging out outside after 10:30 pm please keep it quiet.

Parking*
Absolutely no parking on the street or grass. You can park up to 15 cars.

★ NATURE IMMERSION ★
The natural surroundings offer majestic areas and sights. However, you might encounter a few bugs happily playing on the deck and around the cabin. Don't be alarmed, as this is a standard occurrence in the Smokies.

★Pets★
Pets must be house trained.
Extra cleaning fee could be applied.

★ HOUSE RULES ★
We kindly ask you to respect our home and treat it as your own. You will be charged for any damaged inventory.
Credit card processing fee (if applicable) is not refundable at any time after booking is completed.

*Late check out. It is always subject to availability. Unauthorized late check out fee is $125 per hour.
*All pets must be approved
* Unauthorized party penalty fee is $575
