Sitting beachside, the unit is on the 11th floor of a 12-floor building (The 11th and 12th floors are the penthouse floors, exclusively featuring floor to ceiling windows overlooking Ostego Bay the second you walk out of the elevator). With one lanai exclusive to the master suite, and the other lanai accessible from all rooms in the unit, guests can take in exquisite views of both the Gulf & the Bay, along with a beautiful skyline view of Bonita Springs and North Naples. Both of these screened-in lanais are SHADED and comfortable for use most of the day, even in the hottest summer months. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler is provided. When finished swimming and building sand castles for the day, guests will enjoy secure, high speed WIFI, as well as a full cable package of channels on new flat screen, wall-mounted, TV's in EVERY room of the condo!

Upon entering, you will walk into an airy, open floor plan that looks through the living room and sliding glass doors out to the coastal views. The kitchen is perfect for cooking & entertaining, featuring a large island with three cushioned bar stools, all new high-end stainless steel appliances, and all new dishware/cookware.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room has custom chair rail molding, a large champagne-colored light fixture, and a table that seats six. Steps away is the wet bar w/ built-in beverage cooler – the perfect spot to make your frozen drink creations, grab a glass of wine, or mix up your favorite cocktail! And when you're ready to lounge around, the living room invites you to kick off your shoes and relax in every sense of the word! There is a tall bar-style table with three additional cushioned stools, a huge sectional couch with plenty of seating for everyone, a round glass-top table for games, and a 65” high-definition wall-mounted TV for movie nights or any sporting events you don't want to miss! A wall of expansive sliding glass doors lead out to the tiled and screened-in 200 sqft. lanai with all the best views of the Bay, downtown Bonita Springs (it's beautiful at night!), and the Gulf. Shaded for good portions of the day and evening, it's the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean breeze at a table for 6!

The generously proportioned master suite has a king-size bed with tempur-pedic mattress (sleeping in absolute comfort is paramount to us!), night stands/mini dressers and lamps on both sides of the bed, large double dresser, a 55” high-definition wall-mounted TV, and a desk if guests need a quiet space to get work done. Off of this bedroom is a private tiled and screened-in 80 sqft. lanai with bistro table and chairs for 2 (a secluded spot for morning coffee and taking in the sunrise), as well as a door providing direct access to the main lanai. The bathroom is straight out of your favorite spa, with a walk-in closet, double vanity with white quartz counters and custom grey shaker cabinets, custom mirrors, a free-standing soaking tub that screams serenity, a gorgeous walk-in shower with huge 12 x 24 tile surround, large niche for soap/shampoo, pebbled shower floor, and a separate commode room. All linens and towels are provided.

The first guest bedroom is also very well appointed and nicely sized, featuring a king-size bed with tempur-pedic mattress, night stands/mini dressers and lamps on both sides of the bed, a large double dresser, a walk-in closet, and a 55” high-definition wall-mounted TV. There is a door from the bedroom to the main lanai.

The second guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed with tempur-pedic mattress, night stand/mini dresser and lamp on one side of the bed, a good- sized single dresser, two closets, and a 42” high-definition wall-mounted TV. There is a sliding glass door from the bedroom onto the main lanai.

The shared guest bath exhibits every bit of the luxury of the master bath (minus the soaking tub), with a double vanity with white quartz counters and custom grey shaker cabinets, custom mirrors, a gorgeous walk-in shower with huge 12 x 24 tile surround, large niche for soap/shampoo, rain shower head from the ceiling (guests love this!), and a pebbled shower floor.

Gullwing Beach Resort is one of the premier condominium buildings on Fort Myers Beach. It features a private heated swimming pool and hot tub area, as well as barbecue grills for guests! It is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island within close proximity to several great bars/restaurants, Publix (grocery store), fun boutique shops, and a public marina for boat rental (all just minutes away). The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its visitors to seven miles of white sandy coastline. Access to the beach is quick and easy from the north or south. The Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is only 30 minutes away and is an incredibly easy airport to fly in and out of!
