The Unit itself features a well-sized open Living and kitchen area and a Laundry with a washer and dryer. Upstairs sits the main bathroom and bedrooms, offering a queen bed and two king singles to comfortably sleep up to four guests.

WALK THROUGH THE UNIT WITH US
The home's face features red brick, which contrasts with the greenery that grows from the front courtyard. Enter the Front door marked number 2 and into the ground level, an open Living, Dining, and Kitchen area. To the left is the living area with two, two-seater black leather couches, which overlook the Smart TV with Free Wi-Fi available to connect to.
Continuing towards the kitchen, you have your choice of sitting at the four-seater dining table or breakfast bar. Besides the bar is the glass side door, which gives easy access down to your carport space.
The kitchen is tidy and has all the essentials, including a gas stove and oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. (No Dishwasher)
The open area is serviced by a large Split System Air-conditioner.
Tucked behind the kitchen is the laundry, which contains a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is also a second toilet, so you do not need to make the journey upstairs if nature calls.
Heading up the stairs, first up is the Bathroom which services both rooms. The Bathroom entails a shower, toilet, vanity and a wall-mounted radiant strip heater.
Next to the Bathroom is the Master Bedroom, which overlooks the tree in the front yard. Bedroom One features a Queen bed fit with plush linen, a bedside table with a lamp, a built-in wardrobe and a second split-system air conditioner that services the upper level.
Across the landing is Bedroom Two, which includes two king-size single beds suitable for kids or adults, a bedside table with a lamp, and a built-in robe.
All of this, plus the location, comes together to give a group of four the perfect stay.

Only a 2-5 Minute Walk down the road you have Sir Charles Darling Hotel, Malt Shovel Tap House, Eastern Spice-Indian Restaurant and one of our personal favourites, Café GO! Where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the courtyard filled with greenery and eclectic décor. And that’s just what’s around the corner!
The Unit is located only a 10-minute walk away from the Geelong CBD Shopping Centre’s, Restaurant Galore, the Botanic Gardens and Eastern Beach, where you can take a dip, play on the playground or take a spin on the Giant Sky Wheel!
A 15-minute walk to Geelong Art Centre, Gallery, National Wool Museum, Geelong Library and Heritage Centre also known as ‘the Dome’, where you can take in the history and talent of Geelong.

Centrally located in Geelong CBD, there is ample public transport, including buses along Ryrie St, a 5-minute walk away where you can catch many routes that go through Geelong Train Station. With Taxis and Ubers readily available in the area.
