Welcome to The Terrace.
Enter through the secure front door and find a spacious lounge and dining area, bathed in natural light from the second-floor skylight. This space also features a study nook, laundry, and powder room.
Walk up the stairs to the kitchen area featuring marble bench tops, a breakfast bar, a small dining table, elegant finishes, and high-end appliances. Open the bi-folding doors and transition indoors to outdoors with a timber patio area, fit with bench seating and BBQ.
Venture up to the second floor to find the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, walk-in robe, smart TV, AC, and ensuite with shower.
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, AC, smart TV, wardrobes, and an outdoor balcony.
The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed and wardrobe. The main bathroom is fitted with a shower, bathtub,
and luxurious finish.
The Terrace’s outdoor area features secure parking for 1 car.
Kitchen and bathroom essentials provided.

Please but garbage bins out onto Firebell Ln (rear access lane) on Sunday night, ready for early morning collection on Mondays.
If you are not there on a Sunday, please put bins out anyway, before you depart.
- Although children are welcome, please note that this townhouse is not particularly "Child Friendly/Safe". There is a staircase and a large drop from the 2nd storey.
PARKING: There is a private enclosed space for 1 vehicle. There is also a "Parking Permit" for 1 other vehicle to park on the street, should you need to.
In total, this property provides free parking for 2 vehicles.
You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:
- This is not a confirmed booking until our compulsory IDV Form has been completed by Primary Guest.
- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No pets are allowed in the property
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you use the BBQ, please use the provided BBQ cleaning equipment found under the kitchen sink, to leave the BBQ clean for the next guest. If the cleaners have to clean the BBQ after you, there will be an extra $25 fee added onto the cleaning fee.
- The cleaning fee covers a standard clean only. If cleaners are forced to stay longer, due to guests lack of care, then BnB Host Management reserve the right to pass those extra costs onto the guest
- If you break or stain something, please let us know
- Please be mindful in protecting the flooring of the property.
- Please DO NOT REMOVE the large bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash in the bathroom/s, Dishwashing Liquid, Rinse Aid & Disinfectant Wipes in the kitchen. These amenities are the property of BnB Host Management and are regularly refilled for guest convenience. Additional fees may apply if items are removed.
Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property and outdoor area can cause neighbours to complain to us, City Council, or Police.
IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.
