Our stay was disappointing and not worth the cost. The pool, gym, and sauna didn't open on time, and key cards failed to work during posted hours. The hall toilet required manual adjustment with every use, and there was mold in the sauna and on the bathtub curtain.
Vivian's responses via text were unprofessional and frustrating.
The total cost was much higher than expected, with nightly rates jumping up over double the posted rental rate due to excessive service fees.
The facility, under construction, was noisy and disrupted our stay. One of the tennis courts was unusable due to a downed fence. If you are coming to play basketball, don't. Hundreds of tiny black gnats will swarm and bite you. The unit was not suitable for six people; the pull-out bed was uncomfortable, making it impossible for two people to sleep well. This unit should be advertised for four people max.
The hot tub was constantly over capacity with children snorkeling and swimming in it, and on our last day the main pool was shut down due to someone vomiting in it. There is no accountability for guests not following the rules, making our stay unpleasant. If you log in to any of your streaming accounts, make sure you log out. The program they use should log you out at the end of your stay, but it doesn't.
Overall, it was way too expensive for our three-night stay. For what we paid, we should have been able to stay 5 nights, not 3. We will not be returning.
