The home is situated on the Chiwawa River with low-bank river frontage. Rivers have swift and unpredictable currents. Great care should be taken when playing in and around these environments.
This home has surveillance cameras in place and in use. One is located on the deck and one is located on the shed. These cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior areas.
