COMMUNAL PROPERTY / SHARED COMMON AREAS:  The Property consists of 2 separate/detached units, "Ocean View Loft" and "Ocean View", located on the same property grounds.  Both units are available to rent together or separately and may be occupied at the same time during your stay.  BOOK "Ocean View House and Loft" to have the entire property for 6 additional guests! 

SHARED ITEMS: Hot Tub, Bocce Ball and Laundry are all shared and are first come first serve.

NOTE: *Stairs are required at this property.

POLICIES: 
- Quiet Hours are 9:00pm - 9:00am, please be respectful of our neighbors.
- Minimum Age of Primary Guest:  30 years or older.
- No smoking on property
- Pet Policy: No pets allowed
- No parties/hosted events
- Check-in: 3:00pm or later
- Check-out: 10:00am or earlier
- Manager/Homeowner reserves the right to deny reservation.
- Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.
