The Jack & Jill-style ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• DO NOT have any doors or windows open while the AC is on to avoid HVAC damage.
• You must be 25 yrs old to rent out the property. Any breaking of the age requirement will result in immediate cancellation of their reservation and a fine up to $1000.
