This bright and spacious home is conveniently located within Shotover Country, a peaceful neighbourhood midway between downtown Queenstown and historic Arrowtown. On one side of the house you have the start of the Remarkables mountain range, just a few hundred metres away on the other side of the Kawarau River. While on the other side you can see Coronet peak.

The open plan living area includes the lounge, kitchen and dining areas. The design allows for quality time together, whether you’re hanging out in the lounge or chatting in the kitchen. There’s a well equipped kitchen so it’s a pleasure to prepare meals for your group. Of course if you prefer to dine out, there are a couple of good cafe / restaurant options nearby that are favourites with the locals. And it’s only a short drive to get to the many dining options on offer in Arrowtown or the nearby Five Mile shopping centre.
There are three good sized bedrooms and one master bedroom with full ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. All bedrooms can be setup with with a king size bed or split into two singles, giving flexibility to accommodate your group’s bedding needs. You’ll sleep well and wake up refreshed on the comfortable beds and hotel quality linen.
There is a second bathroom with a shower and bath, and a separate toilet. We provide fresh, soft towels, shampoo and body wash.
