The Glyndon is a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom luxury home designed for family living and entertaining. Located in prestigious Camberwell, the historic period homes and leafy streets bring charm to this area, with the convenience of easy access to Melbourne’s CBD and all it has to offer.
This home is perfectly designed, spanning two levels of unparalleled living and entertaining spaces, both indoor and alfresco. An entertainer’s dream, creating memories with friends and family is what this home is made for. The large kitchen features prestige Gaggenau & Miele appliances, and an island bench with a double sink and breakfast bar. The kitchen flows seamlessly to a lounge room which is a beautiful space to enjoy a drink with friends, curl up with a book, or watch a movie with the family.
French doors open to the outside spaces - the undercover alfresco area features a dining area, two built-in BBQs, and heating so you can enjoy all year round. For those hot Melbourne days and balmy evenings, the upper-level pool is the perfect space to relax, as you sit poolside with a cocktail while the kids have some fun. There’s even an adjoining pavilion and rumpus room (with a bathroom), ideal for kids or teens to have their own space.
Downstairs, one Queen bedroom with ensuite there’s the home office, gym, and laundry – ensuring you have everything you need for the duration of your stay.
Upstairs, the master King bedroom is spacious and luxurious with a large walk-in robe, ensuite with a double basin, and balcony – a wonderful space to enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning as you take in the city views.
