This Architecturally designed double storey Townhouse is in immaculate condition, presenting as new and sits graciously on the iconic Great Ocean Road. Modern contemporary and luxuriously appointed with quality finishes and fixtures throughout. Generously proportioned spaces in all rooms, however by far the absolute stand out feature is the generously proportioned upstairs open plan kitchen, dining and living rooms with soaring high, raked ceiling and surrounded by enormous windows and sliding doors onto the expansive entertaining deck.
The premium position directly opposite the Anglesea River & Main Beach, showcases the incredible location and very much encapsulates coastal living at its finest. The highlight of Anglesea is the merging river mouth to the ocean and surrounding hills towards Point Addis.
