The upstairs home has 3 bedrooms, accessed by stairs to a large open deck, dining and bbq area one will find this cosy place suitable for all visitors. Completely private and exclusive.
The downstairs apartment has 2 bedrooms, a tastefully appointed living area and small kitchenette to service a couple or small family. THere are no stairs to or inside this unit.
Plenty of free parking is available and wifi throughout, if staying at either stay the balcony and bbq area are accessible. We won't accept 2 different groups at any one time so your stay is exclusive to the property for you and your guests.
Upstairs has a fireplace and everything is provided for you.

Pets are welcome by arrangement.
Guests have exclusive and private use of the entire property. Access is easy from the main roads and parking a breeze.
Upstairs is accessed by a stairway and internally a small set of stairs to the bedrooms and bathroom.
Downstairs is easy access and all on ground level.

Although a fairly open property the ability to manage pets is provided, this is a great area for walking and access to all area's of Phillip Island within minutes.

No sand in showers (please rinse outside)

No Smoking (permitted outside in designated area's)
No open fires unless in designed amenities such as a fire place
No unattended minors or unsupervised children to be left on the property
No loud noise between 11pm and 7am daily.
BBQ's can not be moved and must be cleaned after use with accessories provided (or a $50 fee will apply)
