Direct beach access. Swimming nets a few minutes walk from the home (swimming nets must be used as crocodiles inhabit all of Far North Qld oceans).
Wild Yeast cafe, only 4 minutes by car, makes a great coffee, croissant and sourdough bread! Coles Supermarket is an 8 minute drive from the home. Cairns Airport and CBD 20 minutes away. 10 minutes north, provides the famous Palm Cove Beach with award winning cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping. When the tide is out, you can ride your bike or walk there (foot paths most the way).
Double carpark available outside of enclosed carport - Enclosed carport will not be accessible to guests.

For insurance purposes and to prevent wear and tear on our home, only guests listed in the booking are welcome on the premises. Further guests must be approved by owners.

- - zero glassware (only plastic) in pool area
- - please ensure windows and doors are closed when air-conditioner on
- - please ensure there are no dirty dishes when checking out
- - rubbish to be disposed of in wheely bins located in garage
- - Bin collection takes place on a Tuesday morning. Should your stay overlap this day, please put bins out Monday evening.
- - Yellow lidded bin is for recycling – instructions on bin lid

From the Host -
This is our family home and we expect our guests to respect our home as if it were your own. Please leave the house as you found it - please do not move furniture around. No smoking in the house, no extra guests (unless agreed in advance). No parties in the house. No other guests to be invited in the house unless agreed in advance. Keep noise down after 10.00pm to respect the neighbours.
Any damages or loss are to be paid by the guest. We don’t accept third party bookings; unless agreed in advance. So we expect to be hosting the person we see in the photo.
Please note that the exterior of the house is protected with CCTV.
