With stunning views across the foothills of the Waitakere Ranges all the way to the Sky Tower, this newly-renovated 5-bedroom holiday home has all the modern comforts.
Having a guest capacity of 10, it's ideal for wedding guests going to the dozen local venues, particularly for those guests from out of town or overseas.
Being on the edge of the Waitakere Ranges, Chapman House is also a great springboard for the west coast beaches, walks in the ranges, and is handy to west Auckland's wineries.
The house sleeps 10 guests. There are four queen-bed rooms, and one bunk-room (king single bunks).
Downstairs has two queen-rooms, with a toilet. Upstairs is the master suite, a second queen-room and the bunk room.
The living space is generous, and the deck is sunny with great views across the foothills to the city.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a Nespresso machine for your caffeine fix.
There is a large lawn area for children to run around. A portacot is available on request, but there are no other children's facilities.
The house is a party-free zone, and we have a strict no pets rule.
You have access to the whole house.
You'll need a car to get to Chapman House. The nearest public transport is the Swanson train station. Ubers and Taxis are also available.
Chapman House is ideal for wedding guests going to the dozen local venues, particularly for those guests from out of town or overseas. Staying local to the venue avoids traffic and the stress of getting to the wedding on time.
