THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in unit.
• Driveway Parking is available for up to 3 cars in the driveway. The 3rd car can be parked behind the other 2 horizontally if it does not fit side by side.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet!
• An additional Resort Fee of $22.50 per night per unit is due to Regal Palms Resort upon check in. Resort Fees provide access to community amenities: fitness center, gate pass and parking permit(s) for guest vehicles.

Outside of the Regal Palms Resort, there are several options for dining and shopping. Just a short walk away, Berry Town Centre conveniently has a Publix, gas station, bank, restaurants, and bars. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city just 8-miles away. • This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
• Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
