The Space:
Welcome to our stylish, modern 130 sqm|1400 sq ft condo in a tranquil area of La Paz. You’ll be within walking distance of 3 great beaches, tennis and pickleball courts, and only about a 15-minute drive to the heart of downtown and the seaside Malecón! The serene surroundings make it an amazing place to start your day on a morning walk or run surrounded by nature's beauty.
Don’t feel like venturing out? Hang out around the communal pool, where you have shaded lounge chairs and outdoor dining tables to enjoy a meal al fresco with great views! The complex also features a nicely equipped gym for your daily workouts.
Our condo is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably and is equipped with all the essential comforts of home. After a day filled with fun in the sun, relax in the air-conditioned living room, with big wall-to-wall glass doors that open to your private patio, offering a front-row seat to La Paz’s tangerine sunsets.
For dinner, why not cook some delicious local seafood on the outdoor stove from the privacy of your patio as you take in the peaceful evening ambiance? The super spacious kitchen is fully equipped for preparing any meal of the day, and there’s a dishwasher for quick clean-ups so you can get back to enjoying vacation time with your crew. If you need to do a bit of laundry, you’ll find a small laundry room with a washing machine and sink, along with some other basic cleaning supplies if needed.
When it’s time to rest and recharge, there are two relaxing bedrooms, both featuring a Smart TV, A/C, room-darkening shades, an ensuite full bath and a spacious walk-in closet with plenty of space to store your luggage. The first bedroom has a king bed and a queen bed, while the second bedroom has two queen beds. There’s also a half bath in the common area of the condo for added convenience.

The condo is nestled in a tranquil area of La Paz, about a 15-minute drive from the heart of downtown and the famous Malecón. You’ll be within walking distance of 3 beautiful beaches, making it perfect for seaside strolls and sunbathing. Just steps away, you'll find tennis and pickleball courts, providing excellent opportunities for recreation.
Getting Around:
The property is approximately 18 km | 12 mi to/from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 209 km | 130 mi to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).
Please note that there’s construction happening near the building and sometimes noise can be heard during daytime work hours.
The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.
Please note that the pool is not heated.
The sink tap water is purified and suitable for consumption.
Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests may need to climb stairs at parts of the property.
- Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. In this case, a $56 USD weekly electricity fee will be charged on the day of check-in, to be paid in cash to our local team. Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. A default will result in a $20 USD fine.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur and for any extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

We are a family owned and operated rental management company, predominantly for non-resident owners, who share our same love of La Paz. We look after their properties and when they are not in town we take care of them and welcome other like minded visitors to stay in their homes.
