Our fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for meal preparation, ensuring a seamless stay. Parking is hassle-free with one complimentary driveway spot included. An additional parking space is available for an extra fee, accommodating guests with multiple vehicles. The apartment is located within a building complex and is accessible via a standard set of 4 stairs.

Your reservation includes a simple Self-Check-in process. I will provide detailed, step-by-step instructions well in advance, allowing you ample time to review and ask any questions before your exciting Check-in day.

The apartment is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the Édouard-Montpetit Metro Station. The bus stop for Bus 129 is right in front of the building, and you can easily access Buses 51, 119, and 368 from the other side of the street.

Downtown Montreal and the Old Port are both about a 20-minute drive away. Nearby, you'll find the apartment, conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the Édouard-Montpetit Metro Station, offers guests full access to the entire place.

I have established a designated check-in time window, although arrivals after this window are still possible. However, please understand that for very late-night arrivals, I may not be able to respond promptly. Therefore, it's essential to ensure you have received instructions and asked any questions beforehand.

In extremely rare instances, if any security concerns arise with your reservation, we reserve the right to verify your ID upon check-in. I will communicate any such concerns to you immediately.

Please be aware that for the maintenance and safety of the property, the property manager may occasionally need to access the unit for emergencies such as plumbing issues or severe power disruptions, or for mandatory civic inspections. I will always endeavor to notify you in advance to the best of my ability should such a situation arise.
