Located just a short drive (2.6km) from Pilot Beach, a safe swimming beach, and Wash House Beach, this home is ideally situated for coastal adventures. Enjoy leisurely strolls along the picturesque Camden Haven River or embark on a hike up to Kattang Nature Reserve Perpendicular Point. The breathtaking including seasonal wildflowers, blow holes, and the chance to spot migrating whales between May and November, make the journey worthwhile. Free WIFI
Enjoy secluded beachside living in the beautiful bushland setting at the gated Timbarra Estate with communal tennis court and private beach entrance.

Enter at the heart of Birramal, where the open-plan design seamlessly blends the dining, lounge and kitchen areas. Cozy up by the fireplace during the cooler months and enjoy the serene forest views through the floor to ceiling windows. Whip up a culinary masterpiece in the beautifully renovated kitchen and choose to dine either indoors or on the expansie deck outside. The master bedroom, complete with walk in robe and ensuite is thoughtfully situated at one end of the home for ultimate privacy. Please note there are no blinds in the master bedroom. The luxurious ensuite features wall and ceiling windows, allowing you to feel immersed in nature as you bathe. At the opposite end of the home, you will find bedrooms 2 and 3, each equipped with built in robes, as well as the main bathroom and laundry.
