This 2 bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building. This is accessed by a coded lift.

PARKING
This property has a large undercover garage parking for one vehicle with 2 metre unallocated parking, or up ramp 1.95 restriction or down ramp with 1.85 metre restriction.

KEYS/ACCESS
The apartment has keypad access with separate codes for the building door, elevator, pool and apartment door. You will be sent the codes to the keypads prior to your arrival.

One bathroom has a shower, vanity & toilet.

The apartment has a washing machine for your use. We do NOT supply laundry detergent.

The kitchen has a dish washer, microwave, oven, cook top and is fully equipped with plates and cutlery, kettle , toaster etc.

The apartment has kitchen breakfast bar seating for four, or use the outdoor dining table for four.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do NOT supply sugar nor laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful apartment and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely property for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.

The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs
