The main house offers views of the resort while the carriage house and courtyard have views of the marshlands. The main living space on the first floor features an open floor plan that includes a large professional grade kitchen and island - a plush living room with fireplace and large screen TV - hardwood flooring - a guest washroom - a sofa bed and a spacious dining room that can comfortably accommodate eight persons. The kitchen is adjacent to a small wet bar appointed with an additional sink - ice maker and mini wine refrigerator.

The first-floor master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub - separate walk-in shower and spacious walk-in closet. Also on the first floor is a queen guestroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower over the bathtub. The main house offers a loft that features a small living area and an adjacent queen guest bedroom and bathroom.

The separate carriage house features a queen bedroom - en-suite bathroom with shower over the bathtub, and kitchenette with a coffee maker and mini-refrigerator. Entertainment options include large LED Smart HDTVs upstairs and on the ground floor and a Sonos sound system on the ground floor. Ample outdoor space includes a front porch with a porch swing overlooking the resort - a screened-in porch with a large dining table.

A private courtyard features a seating area - a wood fireplace - grill, and another dining table. Amenities include complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access - a laundry room and a mud room. Plenty of parking space is available with a garage - street parking and parking space in the rear of the home.
