Positioned at the entry point to Victor Harbor with sweeping ocean views of Granite Island, Encounter Bay and The Bluff, the sweet sea air and stunning ocean sights will relax in an instant.
A most convenient position where a 200m stroll to the beach will have the sand between your toes in minutes, with the sounds of the iconic Cockle Train in the background, and the town centre and local shops, cafes and restaurants less than a kilometre away.

High raked ceilings add to the feeling of open space and maximise the gorgeous views from the expansive undercover balcony all the way to the kitchen. A huge curved island is a most welcoming focal point, comfortably seating four bar stools while offering plenty of bench space. The cooking space is complete with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and cooktop, microwave and Nespresso pod coffee machine. A timber dining suite seats eight, while ample lounges offer the ideal place to unwind. From here you’ll also find easy access to the backyard with a second entertaining space under the protection of a pitched roof pergola with ceiling fan and fairy lights.
Three comfortable bedrooms sleep up to six, with a spacious master suite enjoying a queen bed, TV, walk-in robe, ceiling fan and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity plus direct access to the large covered patio. Bedrooms two (double bed) and three (queen) are equipped with ceiling fans and built-in robes with easy access to a main bathroom with shower, bath, vanity and a separate toilet.
