Welcome to Eco Bee Studio, a brand new, self-contained modern home perfect for exploring Adelaide or for business travellers. Located extremely convenient for making day trips to renowned SA wine regions (all between 30-90 min drive)

Just over a hr drive, you can enjoy surfing in Goolwa or Port Elliot.

Custom-built in 2023, our studio comfortably accommodates one to two guests, offering a homey atmosphere with exceptional privacy and security.

• Your studio is completely fenced off from the main house with a separate entrance from the street.
• Unlimited free street parking bay large enough to fit any 4x4 SUV.
• The undercover patio is perfect for pram or bike parking.
* Your open-plan studio is bright and airy, featuring double-glazed windows and doors to promote natural ventilation.
* A powerful air conditioning and ceiling fan are fitted to ensure comfort in any weather.
• A fully equipped kitchen includes a plumbed fridge and freezer with filtered water dispenser and ice maker, Nespresso machine, Smeg microwave, Asko oven, Whirlpool induction cooktop and Miele dishwasher.
* Miele washing machine is super quite. Exclusive use of Mrs Peggs deluxe portable clothesline for privacy.
• Your bathroom opens to a small courtyard, offering an open shower feel.
• Due to our proximity to the airport, some plane sounds are inevitable. Adelaide Airport curfew (11:00pm-6:00am).

There is a separate, self-contained studio (Bee’s Knees Studio: 1-2 guests) within the fully fenced garden. If Bee’s Knees Studio is occupied during your stay, you will share the outdoor garden path that leads to the street.

The host is nearby to ensure tailored setup, smooth check-in and immediate attention to your needs, guests are assured to have ample privacy and personal space for a relaxing stay.

Watching bees go about their business in the garden is truly mesmerizing. Our bees are generally content to keep to themselves, no issues since joining the bee sanctuary program in 2021. The "Eco Bee" name celebrates our neighbourhood's market garden heritage.

* Must declare if you are booking on someone else’s behalf, your guest's photo ID and contact detail will be required.

* Extra guests over the booked number are not permitted to stay.

* Check-in and check-out times can be flexible as long as there isn't a cross over with other guests.

* Non-smoking within the entire property.

* Longer stays are welcome. Happy to discuss rates to accommodate extended visits.

* Our studios are non-serviced. Should you require a full service (change of linen, full clean and amenities top up) during your stay, the cost is $80, EFTPOS available.
HOUSE RULES

Please be mindful that while you are on holiday, you are still located in a residential neighbourhood where members of households may need to attend work, study or social responsibilities. We ask that you abide by all of the following rules during your stay:

NOISE LEVELS
Quiet hours are from 8 pm-8 am. Please have all music and loud activities turned down during these periods. Parties and offensive behaviour is also prohibited. Any evidence or complaint about this behaviour will put an immediate end to your stay.

PARKING
You must abide by all parking regulations and rules during your trip. Please ensure that you are not blocking any driveways or neighbours when your vehicles are parked.

SMOKING, ALCOHOL AND ILLICIT SUBSTANCES
Smoking is prohibited within the property. Alcohol must be consumed mindfully and responsibly. No illicit substances are permitted on the property.

PETS
Pets are not permitted.

BREAKAGES
If you notice or create and breakages, please contact us immediately so we can address this. Accidents happen which we all understand, however, any breakages due to inappropriate behaviour will be billed to you.

LATE CHECK OUT
Our cleaners are on a busy schedule. If they arrive and you have not checked out there will be an additional charge of $100 per hour.

IDENTIFICATION
We require a copy of Government photo ID prior to arrival. We do not store or share your ID. Also a Check In Form is required to be completed.

BBQ
Please clean after use. Extra cleaning will be charged if required.

BINS
Please place rubbish in the external bins and place on the street for collection if full.
