Watching bees go about their business in the garden is truly mesmerizing. Our bees are generally content to keep to themselves, no issues since joining the bee sanctuary program in 2021. The "Eco Bee" name celebrates our neighbourhood's market garden heritage.

* Non-smoking within the entire property.
* Longer stays are welcome. Happy to discuss rates to accommodate extended visits.
* Our studios are non-serviced. Should you require a full service (change of linen, full clean and amenities top up) during your stay, the cost is $80, EFTPOS available.
HOUSE RULES
Please be mindful that while you are on holiday, you are still located in a residential neighbourhood where members of households may need to attend work, study or social responsibilities. We ask that you abide by all of the following rules during your stay:
NOISE LEVELS
Quiet hours are from 8 pm-8 am. Please have all music and loud activities turned down during these periods. Parties and offensive behaviour is also prohibited. Any evidence or complaint about this behaviour will put an immediate end to your stay.
PARKING
You must abide by all parking regulations and rules during your trip. Please ensure that you are not blocking any driveways or neighbours when your vehicles are parked.
SMOKING, ALCOHOL AND ILLICIT SUBSTANCES
Smoking is prohibited within the property. Alcohol must be consumed mindfully and responsibly. No illicit substances are permitted on the property.
PETS
Pets are not permitted.
BREAKAGES
If you notice or create and breakages, please contact us immediately so we can address this. Accidents happen which we all understand, however, any breakages due to inappropriate behaviour will be billed to you.
LATE CHECK OUT
Our cleaners are on a busy schedule. If they arrive and you have not checked out there will be an additional charge of $100 per hour.
IDENTIFICATION
We require a copy of Government photo ID prior to arrival. We do not store or share your ID. Also a Check In Form is required to be completed.
BBQ
Please clean after use. Extra cleaning will be charged if required.
BINS
Please place rubbish in the external bins and place on the street for collection if full.
